Aviva is it time to buy?

Image result for aviva

After doing some research i decided to buy Aviva Plc. The dividend is at this moment in time 7% which is very attractive. the stock is well off its yearly high of £5.54 back in may 2018. Aviva projects a rise in revenue and per tax profit plus with the mild UK winter up to now insurance claims in my opinion will be low in volume as long as the weather stays on the mild and wet side. a repeat of the beast from the east could well trigger a up tick in insurance claims due to snow on the roads causing accidents  and other insurance related issues.this could have an impact on the profits of aviva Plc. but when i see the big boys loading up the boat with aviva shares it peaks my interest. other analysts predict a stock rebound back to £4.12. personally after researching the yearly price chart for aviva Plc i see the stock seems to peak at around June-July time. i will at least be holding the stock until then come what may. one to pick up the 7% dividend and two to hopefully sell and take a nice healthy profit. what gives me confidence is that aviva Plc earning are holding up its just that the market does not believe in aviva Plc. with disruptions coming in to the insurance market like amazon it is not surprising there has been a sell off of aviva shares but i believe competition is healthy and aviva plc has the international exposure to weather this storm. also aviva Plc has been in the insurance industry far longer than any of its younger more newer disruptor rivals.
